Steps
- Stir-fry the vegetables and meat until just cooked. Let it cool.
- Place filling on the corner of the wrapper.
- Roll tightly and seal the edge with some starch water.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil and serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
